Biaffin's general quality objectives

Management and staff are committed to implementation of the quality system as specified in Biaffin's QM manual. Achievement of quality involves all staff who are individually responsible for the quality of their work. Biaffin’s general quality objectives are

• To ensure that the management of the laboratory, the calibrations and measurements are maintained and performed in accordance with the principles of the quality system;
• To ensure that all analytical services are performed following established procedures and validated instructions;
• To ensure that all people involved in activities within the scope of the QM system are aware of the quality policy, its documentation and implementation, and continuously evaluate opportunities for improving the project’s performance;
• To keep up with newest standards and to always offering state-of-the-art analyses;
• To provide the persons working for Biaffin with a stimulating and rewarding environment; and 
• To achieve these objectives in a safe, efficient and effective manner.
